It features the unique DNA of 4 remarkably different, award winning cacao origins:

• Tanzania (Kokoa Kamili Fermentary) 

  Tasting notes: Berries, Plum, Cherry.

• Colombia (San Vicente de Chucuri & Il Carmen de Chucuri)                               
  Tasting Notes: Coffee, Balanced and smooth, Earthy tones, with a Citrussy finish.
  
• Nicaragua (Ingemann Cacao Foundation)                                                           
  Tasting Notes: Berries, Coffee, Cherry, Molasses, Red Wine
  
  
• Dominican Republic (Zorzal Cacao)                                                                     
  Tasting Notes: Caramel, Honey, Apricot.

All sustainably sourced cacao beans were sorted, roasted, winnowed and conched by our team.
